Traveling doesn’t have to be complicated, and I believe that everyone can enjoy the trip of their dreams without added stress and hassle no matter the destination. I saved up for my first international trip at the age of 14, and haven’t stopped traveling since!
I’ve always made a point to learn as much as I could about the wider world around me. I grew up wanting to explore the world’s cultures- the customs, languages, art, and religions especially. By 17 I’d already made it across the world, spending time visiting Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, and upon my return started college with far different career plans in mind (I majored in Music Business and Theology!). While in college, I studied abroad in Italy, learned Italian, and found a deep love for a country that is as magical as it is filled with history. I spent time living in England and traveled throughout the UK and Europe, and after all that (plus, yes, a few years working in the music industry) I knew it was time to start my own business and embark on a career as a travel advisor.
These days, I still return to Italy and the UK at least annually, but always make sure to pepper in trips to new destinations as well. In my free time, I go for a lot of walks with my little Poodle-Shih Tzu mix Cookie, and keep up-to-date on comic book superheroes (especially Thor). And, of course, I’m always planning my next trip!
